FAQ

Is there a long contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month. Either of us can stop with 30 days’ notice.

Is there a free trial?

No trial, but the mini audit is free for anyone, and my first 5 founding clients get the setup fee waived and 50% off the first month.

Can you get bad reviews removed?

Nobody honest can promise that. I reply calmly, help you fix the customer’s problem, and flag reviews that clearly break Google’s rules through Google’s official process. Google decides. There are no per-removal fees.

Will you ask my customers to change their reviews?

Only after their problem is fixed, and only once: a polite note that they’re welcome to update it if they want. I never ask anyone to delete a review and never offer anything in exchange.

Do you need my passwords?

Never. You add me through the platforms’ own “add a person” tools, you stay the owner, and you can remove me anytime.

Do you come in person?

The monthly packages are remote. Weekly on-site visits (from $100/week) and consulting projects are paid add-ons.

Do you use stock or AI photos?

Not of your business. I only post real photos of your place, food, work, and team.

How do I pay?

Zelle, check, or cash. You get one invoice at the start of each month. Zelle details provided on request.
